assimilate information very quickly in order to produce a sharply targeted

Foodmarkets – a video training programme to teach all in-store
staff the essential skill of good customer service. Filmed on location
in the stores, this programme was designed to highlight good and bad practices
in a way that gave staff a strong motivation to give excellent service
in their dealings with customers. |

Creggon – a highly unusual and delightful series of programmes
for use in the An Creggon peat bog visitor centre to entertain and educate
visitors on the wildlife and local history of the peat bogs surrounding
the centre. These programmes needed sympathetic filming and music scores
in order to bring out the mystery and charm of the area. Again, research
and planning were the key to producing these magical programmes. |
